If the funicular is closed, we can arrange cab transport to avoid having to walk up the hill, or we can provide a ticket to be used later in the stay, at the customer's discretion (if they wish to walk up). A 15-20% tip is strongly recommended at the end of the visit.

Please arrive at the pick up point 10 minutes before departure time.
When you arrive at the Pier 30, you must take the shuffle to get to the Bassin Louise. When you arrive at the Pier 21 or 22, the guide is meeting you there. When you arrive at the Pier 93 or 81, you must walk to the Maison Chevalier. Our guide will be holding a flag to help you easily identify them. When booking, please provide a working cellphone number so our guide can contact you on the tour date. If you prefer to be picked up from a different location within Old Quebec City, please let us know.
