- The pick-up limit is the Playacar area Playa del Carmen, passing the Playacar area, you have to go to Coco bongo Playa del Carmen to board the transportation

Meeting points for travelers staying in downtown hotels and Airbnb's: Playa Del Carmen: Cocobongo at Playa Del Carmen. Tulum: Unfortunately, there is no pick-up service available for hotels or Airbnb's in Tulum. However, customers can contact us for assistance if they wish to arrange their own transportation. Alternatively, they can arrange to meet at Cocobongo in Playa Del Carmen, which is the closest meeting point. Pick-up times are scheduled according to your location and tour availability. Travelers who have not provided a pick-up location must contact us promptly to arrange transportation, as failure to do so may result in the inability to provide service. The 9:30 AM schedule pick-ups begin at 7:30 AM, and the 12:00 PM pick-ups start at 10:30 AM. Please note that schedules are subject to availability and may change. If there are any changes, a customer care agent will contact you to discuss options. If you are unable to accommodate the changes or schedules, a full refund will be provided.
