Please ensure that the information you fill in when booking is accurate, true and complete. If the information you submit is false or erroneous, resulting in failure to verify, use or enter the parks of Yaoxue Ice and Snow World or any losses, the tourists shall bear the responsibility.

Visitors can enter the park with their valid ID card on the day of the tour

After successfully booking the ticket, you can enter the park immediately. The latest ticket purchase time is 4.5 hours before the park closes, and the latest admission time is 4 hours before the park closes. The business hours of Yaoxue Snow World are subject to the announcement of the Snow World.

The timer starts at the entrance gate of the Yaoxue Snow World ticket and ends at the exit gate. To avoid overtime charges, please arrange your play time reasonably. If your play time exceeds the specified time, an overtime fee will be charged. If it exceeds 30 minutes, an overtime fee will be charged for every half hour overtime. If it is less than half an hour, it will be calculated as a half hour. If it continues for 2 hours, it will be upgraded to unlimited time. The specific overtime fee standard is subject to the on-site announcement.

Tickets can only be used once and cannot be entered and exited multiple times. If you need to enter the Snow World again after leaving, you must purchase a new ticket

Yaoxue Snow World is divided into skiing and snow entertainment areas. You cannot play in different areas. Please purchase tickets according to your needs.

If you are a visitor with a snow card, please keep your snow card safe throughout the whole process. If you are unable to enter or leave the snow world due to damage or loss, you need to go to the Yaoxue Ice and Snow World Customer Service Center or the ticket counter at the exit to consult the staff to apply for a new snow card or purchase a separate ticket.

Skiing and snow entertainment activities have certain risks. Children holding discount tickets must be accompanied by at least one adult who has purchased a ticket (one adult can bring up to two children holding discount tickets at the same time). In addition, special groups such as the elderly over 60 years old (inclusive), children under 1.2 meters (inclusive), pregnant women, and people with disabilities must sign the "Risk Notice for Entry" before entering the park.
