1. The minimum number of participants is 1 person, and this trip will be received by a local professional driver throughout the trip.
2. This trip is a chartered trip, and no other guests will travel with you. If you encounter any problems, please contact customer service in time.
3. It is recommended that you purchase the ticket after receiving the confirmation notice.
4. If you fail to pass the US customs smoothly due to personal reasons, there will be no refund or compensation.
5. Keep your personal travel documents, passport, air tickets, credit cards and cash properly. Please carry valuables with you and do not leave them in the car or entrust them to others.
6. In order to safeguard the highest rights and interests of the group, if the individual's behavior seriously hinders the safety or normal progress of the group activities, after repeated persuasion, our tour guide has the right to terminate his/her continued participation in the group. From the time of leaving the group, all actions are his/her own responsibility and have nothing to do with the company. The unused part will not be refunded, compensated or transferred.
7. This trip requires you to hold a US visa. It is recommended that you ensure that the visa is valid and register through EVUS before purchasing our company's products.
8. This product is a chartered service. It is recommended that all self-funded personal travel projects be booked together when booking the trip. If our company booked a tour on your behalf, and the itinerary was cancelled due to weather or other force majeure factors, and no loss was caused after the cancellation, our company will only refund the corresponding booking fee.
9. If the time marked in the itinerary is different from the time notified by the driver on site, please refer to the local notification time.
10. The hotel marked in the itinerary is a reference hotel. We have the right to replace the hotel of the same level when the hotel is full. Please refer to the actual arrangement notification. 11. In the event of force majeure or accidents, the personal and property safety of tourists may be endangered, resulting in the inability to travel normally. Note: Force majeure includes natural and social reasons, such as natural disasters, strikes, major infectious diseases, government actions, closure of scenic spots, etc. Accidents refer to accidents caused by third parties, such as traffic congestion caused by non-travel agency responsibility, flight and train delays, etc. The accident is not caused by the travel agency. According to the actual situation on the scene, we have the right to take corresponding measures and make appropriate adjustments, such as temporarily changing the time or content of the itinerary or even canceling part or all of the attractions, and reserve the right of final interpretation. The relevant travel expenses cannot be refunded, and the additional expenses incurred (such as: hotel extension, car guide service, meals, air ticket changes, etc.) shall be borne by the guests. It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance to reduce the losses caused by changes in force majeure factors.
11. If you stop during the journey, take pictures to see the scenery, it is strictly forbidden to stay in the middle of the road. If there is a traffic accident or personal injury caused by personal reasons, you must bear it yourself.
12. In some travel destinations with changeable weather, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary, the driver will adjust the order of the itinerary based on the actual local conditions, and the final right of interpretation belongs to the company.
13. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance in advance.
14. For all itineraries, our company will arrange the vehicle type according to the number of travelers or the requirements of the guests. Due to factors such as peak seasons and holidays, our company has the right to change to other models to meet the needs.
15. Depending on the arrival date, the order of the itinerary will be slightly adjusted, subject to the final group departure notice. Please be sure to arrive at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the designated time and wait patiently. If you fail to show up on time for more than 15 minutes and fail to get in touch after multiple attempts, it will be deemed that you voluntarily give up the itinerary, and there will be no refund or compensation. 17. This product does not include personal travel insurance, and it is strongly recommended that individuals purchase travel insurance. If you are injured or suffer accidental casualties due to your own reasons during the tour, the company will not be responsible.
16. Each operating organization has different regulations regarding the safety and rights of tourists in terms of various means of transportation, hotels, restaurants and tourist attractions used during the trip. In order to be responsible for tourists, any accidental casualties or other losses shall be resolved in accordance with the regulations set by each operating organization and shall not be related to the Company.
