Scottish Grand Tour Pass is valid for eight days from activation. You can choose four days to use the pass.
- Unlimited rides in the same direction on West Highland Line, Kyle Line and Highland Main Line
- Access trains in Scotland: Glasgow or Edinburgh - Fort William - Mallaig / Glasgow or Edinburgh - Inverness, via Perth. / Inverness - Kyle of Lochalsh
- Not applicable for trains before 9:15 am Monday-Friday, except for the following routes: Inverness - Kyle of Lochalsh / Glasgow - Mallaig
- Access ferry between Mallaig and Armadale (Skye)
- Access to Stagecoach Bus between Kyle of Lochalsh and Armadale (Skye)

- In the event of flight/train delays or strike, please contact our customer service before your redemption date for rescheduling. Your original booking will be canceled and you will be able to purchase a new order. Please note that a small amount of fine and service charge will be deducted from your refund
- Lost and stolen passes will not be refunded
- Refunds must be processed within 11 months from the date of purchase. Please note that a small amount of fine and service charge will be deducted from your refund (fine: GBP10/service charge: TWD400)
- Only invalid and completely unused train passes can be refunded. Refunds must be processed within 11 months from the date of invoicing
- When refunding, the payment must be deducted from the prescribed fines and handling fees (fine: usually GBP10 refer to your voucher, service charge: NT$400), please be sure to prepare all the tickets including the pass and reservation card, so that the supplier can handle the follow-up process. If the ticket is lost, it will not be processed
- If you suffer losses due to strikes, shuttle delays, interruptions in connections and theft or loss of luggage, the supplier cannot be held responsible for your losses. In the event of an emergency as listed above, you can follow the rules for changing or refunding tickets

Purchase Summary
- Redemption Period: Passengers need to activate the pass within 11 months of purchase and British citizens must activate the pass within 3 months of purchase, please select your redemption date when booking
- Once you activate the pass, the pass will be valid for eight days, you can choose four days to use the pass during the validity period
- The Pass is for Ordinary class only, with no upgrade to First class
- Children aged 5 to under 16 can travel at half the adult fare.
- Toddlers under the age of 5 can travel with adults for free without occupying a seat
- The Industrial action will cause severe disruption to some parts of the British rail network on some dates please check your first and last train at the website as limited service will be running on the rail network. These dates are subject to change and could be cancelled but in order to avoid disappointment, please check before reserving your seats or tickets. In addition, Holiday Closures and Planned Engineering Closures are also possible, we advise checking in advance on Network Rail
