If you’re craving a bit of adventure, this ethnographic museum will make your day! Nestled within a series of caves, the museum offers insights into the 18th-century Romani settlers, the region's geography, and its rich history, all while providing stunning views of the Alhambra.
For centuries, the caves of Sacromonte, located on the slopes of Cerro de San Miguel, were home to Romani families. Now, the Sacromonte Museum allows you to explore ten recreated caves, showcasing their traditional lifestyle, handicrafts, and home setups.
You’ll also find a nature trail with a full-scale model of the Darro Valley, offering spectacular views of the valley and the Alhambra. A must-see for history lovers!
