This tour includes far more than Rome's flagship ancient stadium, since you will venture on with your guide to the Palatine Hill – the place where the city of Rome was first founded and also the location of the expansive palace complex that the Roman emperors called home. From the Palatine Hill you will admire unforgettable views of the Roman Forum before we analyse the city and learn about life in downtown Ancient Rome.

Walk the original roman roads (the via sacra and via nova) and weave between ornate arches, towering temples, and lots more! Although there is less than half of the forum complete today, let our guides do the work and fill in the blanks for you, helping you to build a picture of the empire at its peak.

Our guide will be awaiting you at the Arch of Constantine located near the Colosseum holding a yellow flag with the Carpe Diem Rome logo Please remember to bring identification cards on the day of the experience.
