Real Wine and Food Tasting Experience in Palermo
With a local certified sommelier, you'll be met at a lovely wine bar in an affluent part of Palermo, nestled in between the Politeama Theatre and the chic Via Liberta. Here, we'll sit at a tasting table and sample 5 local wines from small Sicilian vineyards. We'll talk about the wines in detail and also sample some authentic and delicious local food. Informative but certainly not stuffy, this is a wine and food tasting experience for those who want to learn about Sicilian wine whilst having a great time doing so.

What's included in Real Wine and Food Tasting Experience in Palermo
(Subject to Option Inclusions)We'll sit around a private table in a tastefully designed wine bar and sample 5 local wines from all over Sicily. Here, we will learn about the basic wine tasting techniques and also, what the different grapes and styles you can find in Sicily. With the specific wines we try, we will also discuss various food pairings that will compliment each wine. There will be a selection of delicious toasted bread and homemade dips, olives and our own extra virgin olive oil to accompany the wine tasting. You'll also get the chance to purchase any wines of your choice, so the fun can carry on wether you're travelling on to different pastures or simply watching the sunset on your lovely rooftop terrace.

- We'll meet at the very place of the tasting, a tastefully designed wine bar called St'Oliva in an affluent part of Palermo. The tasting will take place on our very own table and it will feel intimate (up to 8 people per tasting) but definitely not stuffy. So what are you waiting for?
