We start with a detailed discussion of your needs and body conditions (lifestyle, any injuries or recent surgeries etc.). The yoga class begins with a gentle warm-up to prepare your body, the main part targeting the areas identified during the opening discussion, and the finishing full-body meditative relaxation. We will analyse different yoga postures and explore which modifications suit you best. At the end, you will receive guidance for your future yoga classes. We start with a body scan meditation and setting an intention. You lie down, supported with cushions, with an eye mask, and covered with a blanket for your warmth and comfort. I position Tibetan singing bowls and play them around your body, so that each bowl is close to a particular energy centre. The first part of the session is predefined by the guidance of the renowned Nepalese sound healer. The second part is intuitive, depending on how your body and singing bowls interact during the first part. I add energy healing to enhance the overall effect and support your physical, mental and emotional state.
