Please note that we have different fares depends on the distance of your hotel to the Cancun airport. If your hotel is in Playa del Carmen area you must select Playa del C option. If your hotel is in Cancun area you must select Cancun option. If you have questions regarding what fare to select please feel free to reach out to us. Upon arrival: Our driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name. Upon departure: Our driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel. How long before departure does your pickup start? Cancun Area suggested time: 3 hours before departure Playa del Carmen area suggested time: 4 hours before departure Tulum area suggested time: 5 hours before departure Please note that pickup time can be change contacting our customer service staff.
