Port of Santos Your driver will be waiting OUTSIDE the Port for your contact. Once you collect your luggage, please call/whatsapp the driver to meet outside. Please walk to the main gate and wait by the curb outside where the driver will pick you up. You MUST have a phone connection at all times.

- Hotel & Home addres- Please ensure that you are at your confirmed pickup point at least 10/15 minutes in advance, as we have a 20 minutes waiting time policy.
- Airport pickup - Your driver will be waiting INSIDE the airport´s arrivals hall, RIGHT AFTER the baggage reclaim area holding a sign with your name on it. If your transportation is with a Van, there is an especific pickup location in front of the terminal.
