Upon arrival at Montego Bay Airport, proceed to immigration and then to the baggage claim area. Once in the arrivals area of the airport, proceed to our Meet & Greet area, counter #12, where our team will be waiting to assist you.
IMPORTANT: You must contact the Coming2 staff, who are properly uniformed and identified (white shirt, green vest with Coming2 logo and navy blue pants). They will have your names on an official list. They are the only ones responsible for providing the contracted service.
-The type of vehicle is subject to change depending on capacity and availability. -Once the Coming2 staff has been contacted, the maximum waiting time is 25 minutes (the unit is requested once contacted because the boarding area does not allow vehicles to be parked for excessive time). -The duration of the trip may vary depending on traffic conditions. -This service DOES NOT APPLY for accommodations such as: Vacation Home, Airbnb, Condominiums, etc.
Please refrain from contacting outside personnel to avoid interference and confusion with unauthorized transfers. Coming2 will not be responsible for services provided by outside providers.
The waiting time for the management of your transfer is 2 hours from the time of your flight landing. In case of having any incident within the airport that prevents you from leaving before that time has elapsed, please contact our 24-hour Call Center. If we do not have information about your delay, you will be declared a No Show and the service could be cancelled without the possibility of a refund.
YOUR DEPARTURE TRANSFER NEEDS TO BE RECONFIRMED. Please contact the Coming2 representative at your hotel or at our offices 2 days before the departure date to inform them of the procedure to follow.
