Then, we will review the type of vehicle needed depending on the number of people and the amount of luggage. Subsequently, we will assign a driver and inform the collaborator in charge at the airport about the details of the service. We will send you the reservation confirmation along with the information of the driver who will transport you. On the day of your arrival, airport staff will monitor the flight and, once you land, they will make a sign with your name and it will be located at the departure gate for national or international arrivals. Once you meet, he will greet you, call the driver to come over, introduce you to the driver and help you load your luggage into the vehicle to begin the transfer to Medellín.
For your return service from Medellín to Rionegro, we will provide you one day before the return with the driver's name, the vehicle's license plate number, and the time the driver will pick you up at the hotel.

The first is through the Oriente Tunnel, which offers a shorter and more direct journey to the hotel zone, lasting approximately 40 minutes. If you suffer from claustrophobia, we recommend taking the Las Palmas route, which is longer and lasts about 1 hour. At Rionegro airport, you can connect to WiFi once you have passed migration, allowing us to stay in touch. The airport has two departures: one for domestic flights and one for international flights. We recommend you stay in these areas to facilitate your location. Once you land and have passed the migration filters, our driver will be waiting for you. He will be in constant contact with you to arrange the meeting point inside the airport. If your return is from Medellin to Rionegro Airport, we recommend you to be at the hotel reception 10 minutes before the agreed time. It is important to check that your flight departs from Rionegro airport, as Medellin has two airports. If you are carrying more baggage than is allowed, please let us know to ensure you are assigned the right vehicle. It is also crucial that you check the time of your flight: for domestic flights it is recommended to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours in advance, and for international flights at least 3 hours in advance.
