• Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • Please note that the local supplier reserves the right to refuse service to passengers exceeding the weight limit (250 pounds - 114 kg) • Insurance Waiver and Damage Deposit: Insurance requires everyone to complete a liability waiver (children under 18 years must have an adult sign for them). Each party must also complete a damage waiver that includes a deposit of 400 Euros on a credit card. This charge is immediately cancelled at the end of the tour.
