Temple of Karnak
Karnak temple is an ancient Egyptian temple complex located in Luxor, Egypt. Luxor temple is an ancient temple complex located in the city of Luxor, Egypt. It was built during the New Kingdom period between 1392-1350 BCE under the reign of the pharaoh Amenhotep III. The temple’s design was completed by King Tutankhamun and Horemheb and then added to by Ramses II. The temple is dedicated to the god Amun and was used for religious festivals and ceremonies.
