**The online customer service is available in 4 languages: English, Korean, Bahasa Indonesia, and Malay**
Assigned driver contact details will be sent earliest one day before the pick up day (by 7PM KST) via email. The driver will also contact passenger personally using the contact information provided to assist you on the meeting location
The driver will wait for you at the airport for 60 minutes from your requested pick up time. Or 30 minutes if your pick up is at your hotel or accommodation. If you exceed the wait time, you will be charged KRW20,000 per hour
Pick up time and extra charges will be based on actual flight arrival time or requested pick up time
After waiting for one hour, but the driver still isn’t able to locate or contact the passenger, this will be counted as no show and full charge will incur
This service is available daily
If you are booking on behalf of others, please enter the details of the traveling passenger or leave a note upon checkout to inform the operator
In case your hotel or accommodation is located along small alleys or busy shopping streets, the driver will pick up or drop off the customer at the nearest accessible road
