We will start our tour with medeviel dish of ottoman empier. So called Burek that kept here ever since in our modern food habit. We still use many words and custom from ottomans. This will bring you back at the time, we still love it!
Here was my private library of fresh produce for everyday use as a chef. Together we will go try some of our most famous products. Such as prosciutto, cheese, olive oil, bread and food for the "poor" soparnik. This is where the locals come every day to eat fresh ingredients for lunch/dinner. And also heard about the Roman feast!
This is the heart of the city. Our waterfront called Riva! Here we local people ghater for a cop of coffee that durate several hours. We call it ("fjaka") Mental state "art of not doing anything. Here everything happan in the city. From here we will start our history part of Roman empier and Diocletians Palace. And modern city of Split today.
