Following a brief historical-anthropological introduction to wine, participants will be able to learn about the history, curiosities, characteristics of the territory, the vines grown, and the organoleptic characteristics of the wines produced in various areas of the world. The tasting includes 5 wines with bubbles that will be served in combination with seasonal dishes and where possible, typical of the production area of the same, all for a total duration of about 2 hours and 30 minutes. The program of the evening scheduled at the moment includes a sparkling method, an Ancestral method, a Martinotti /Charmay method, a Traditional method or a Cremant, and finally a Champenois method bubbly.

A tasting evening that through anecdotes, legends, and stories, will take you on a sensorial experience of the only wine that “after drinking, leaves a woman stunning (cit. Madame de Pompadour)”: bubbles Putting wine at the center of the experience, we will embark on a journey analyzing the different types of sparkling wines using products of excellence of the moment and combining them with rich tastings, to widen the organoleptic sensations. The uniqueness of the tasting lies in the fact that the format is educational. A dedicated sommelier will lead the evening citing anecdotes, and historical moments, teaching wine inspection techniques and food-wine pairing. Diners will then be invited to put into practice what is learned during the tasting, and if requested, any topic can be explored in depth. Therefore, whether your level is beginner, intermediate, or advanced, the tasting will be conducted proportionally to your preparation and interest.
