- If you are unable to travel due to force majeure such as flight flights, bad weather (the Transportation Bureau has issued an announcement prohibiting travel), please proactively contact customer service to provide relevant credentials and we will process a full refund for you.
- If you need a child safety seat or child booster cushion, please make a note or consult customer service in advance so that they can be provided. We will not be able to add them on the day.
- One day before departure, customer service will send the driver and vehicle information to the guest in the after-sales group established for the guest, and the driver will wait for the guest at the designated pick-up location at the designated time.
- When driving on the highway, all passengers must fasten their seat belts.
- Please try not to eat in the car during the ride. If you must eat, do not eat the crumbs and take the garbage off the car. If you accidentally cause pollution in the car, the cost of cleaning the vehicle will be borne by the passenger.
- Passengers who are prone to motion sickness, please prepare motion sickness medicine or vomit bags in advance. If the vehicle is accidentally contaminated, the cost of cleaning the vehicle will be borne by the passenger.
- If you do not know how to use the facilities in the car, such as the electric doors, you can ask the driver in advance to avoid losses.
- Japanese traffic regulations do not allow parking at certain locations. Please cooperate with the driver to abide by the traffic regulations and park at a suitable location nearby.
- Please take good care of your valuables and fragile items. No compensation will be given if any are damaged.
- The pick-up location and time cannot be changed after ordering. If you need to modify it, please cancel it within the free cancellation period and re-order.
- This product is not pet-friendly.

Child Booster Seat is 2500 yen per pad. If necessary, please pay directly to the driver in cash on site.
Overtime waiting fee
One-way free waiting time: 30 minutes. If the free waiting time is exceeded, an additional waiting fee of 5,000 yen/hour will be required.
Tolls and parking fees
Toll fees and parking fees incurred during the transfer will be reimbursed on an actual basis. Please pay the driver in cash on the day of the service.
