How long will be stay at each attraction?

• The time stay at each attraction can be adjusted according to your needs.
• Generally, the driver will discuss with you to ensure enough time for visiting and taking photos.
• As for the admission tickets, this activity does not include the tickets, you need to buy the tickets by yourself.

What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges?

• This activity includes taxi fare, fuel cost.
• Additional costs may include attraction tickets, toll fee, parking fee, insurance, personal travel expenses, extract over-time and exceeding kilometer fee..and so on.

When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the booking is confirmed?

• The operator usually provides the driver's information and license plate number by 5:00 PM (KST), three business days before the service date. They may contact you via the contact details you provided (email, WhatsApp, or LINE). If you have not received the information by that time, please reach out to us using the email below.

What are the operation hours for this activity? Is there any surcharge if I start or end this activity outside of service hours?

• Standard operation hours for this activity are from 8 AM to 9 PM. If you start or end this activity outside of these hours, there will be a surcharge of USD 25 per hour.

Where can I be picked up or dropped off?

• Pick-up and drop-off locations within the downtown area of Pohang.

Q : There are 5 people including children. Is it possible to fit 4 people in a vehicle?

A : Up to 4 people can ride, including adults and children. Please understand that for safety reasons, it is difficult to take an excess number of people.

Q : Is there an additional amount other than the amount paid in advance?

A : Additional charges will apply if you use the service out of using hours. Additionally, parking fees and toll gate fees may be added in some cities. Additional fees can be paid to the driver on site.
