We will meet in Piazza Garibaldi, next to the statue of the same name, where our local guide will be waiting for us. We will start walking through the streets of the historic center, in search of the more traditional flavors of local cuisine ... How about a platter of Tuscan cheeses and cold cuts with a good Spritz? We will taste these delicacies in one of the oldest wine bars in Pisa! Of course, not even a portion of cecina can be missing, a very thin focaccia prepared with chickpea flour, a real must of Pisan gastronomy and the típical pizza we made in the city which is different from other places in Italy. During the tour we will discover restaurants known only by the locals, where we will be delighted by the typical dishes of the gastronomy of Pisa, such as the pappa al pomodoro pasta típical of the city. Everything with a good glass of wine or an artigianal beer. We will end out tour with a sweet dessert

We will start here our amazing food and drink tour, in the heart of the city
we will go to visit the Fattoria le prata. Here we will taste the products they produce using the vegetables of their own production, "from the field to the table". all their products are organic and at kilometer 0. we would drink their craft beer and we would have a trio of tastings of their products. the tastings will vary according to the season because they are made with seasonal products.
