Medjugorje is one of the most famous Roman Catholic pilgrimage destinations in the world. It became known through the apparitions of the Virgin Mary, which began to appear as a phenomenon in 1981, after which religious tourism began to develop. Since then, this Herzegovinian place, is one of the most visited tourist centers in BiH, which is visited annually by about a million Catholics from all over the world. In contrast to the Marian shrine in Lourdes, France, which, with its six million tourists and believers annually, has become a real commercial paradise for local restaurateurs, Medjugorje still retains its original charm, where pilgrims find peace in their faith.Mostar is a city on the Neretva River. It is known for the legendary Old Bridge, a reconstructed medieval arch bridge. Nearby alleyways are full of shops and market stalls, and the Old Bridge Museum explores the long history of the bridge. The city has an oriental spirit and specific architecture
