Start your wellness adventure on the calm, scenic waters of Lake Powell, one of the largest coastal dune lakes in the world. You’ll begin with a gentle paddle warm-up, exploring the shoreline as osprey, herons, and jumping mullet greet you along the way. Your instructor will guide you to a quiet, tucked-away cove where we'll anchor our boards and shift into Pilates mode. Using the paddleboard as your floating mat, you’ll move through a series of mindful core-strengthening and full-body toning exercises designed to meet you where you are—no Pilates or paddling experience needed! We blend breathwork, balance, and stability training to engage your core, improve posture, and reset your nervous system. The class ends with a restorative floating cooldown—think gentle stretches, peaceful stillness, and a deep sense of calm as the water rocks you like a cradle. It’s fitness, nature, and soul-care in one. We will then paddle back to the shores where we first gathered for some aromatherapy towel cool down!
