We track the flights and dispatch the driver accordingly if there is any delay. Our drivers will meet the passenger(s) inside the arrival hall at the meeting point with the name board. From the meeting point, our driver will safely drop the passengers to the London Luton Airport. In case of any emergency passenger(s) can reach out to us through our emergency contacts.
