Your adventure begins at the Coal Harbour Seaplane Terminal in downtown Vancouver, steps from Canada Place and the Vancouver Convention Centre. This serene departure point is free from the stress and hustle of traditional airports. Here, you'll check in 1 hour prior to departure, giving you plenty of time to unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the harbour before your flight. As you board the seaplane, you'll instantly sense the intimate and comfortable atmosphere of small aircraft travel—an ideal way to begin your unforgettable journey to Seattle. Once aboard, your pilot will provide a safety briefing, ensuring you're fully prepared for your flight. Note: All travelers need a valid passport. Upon departure from Vancouver, there will be a customs inspection, including baggage checks. Passengers must comply with U.S. entry requirements before departure. In case of denied entry into the U.S., passengers are responsible for return flight costs.

  • Due to international restrictions, all baggage must travel with the passenger on their international scheduled flight. Excess baggage cannot be accommodated on an earlier or later departure. Additional baggage cannot be accepted at check-in without advance booking
  • Approved passport required for travel
  • Passengers must arrive at the terminal at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
  • Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff times will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.
  • It is each passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they are in compliance with all applicable regulations for the country they are entering. Harbour Air is not liable for any expenses or inconveniences arising from denied or delayed entry.
  • All passengers travelling must be ambulatory in order to fly. A mobility assistance device, such as a wheelchair or cane, may be used by a passenger to get from the terminal to the aircraft, however, passengers must have the ability to walk on and off the aircraft with minimal or no assistance.

  • Vancouver Harbour Flight Centre Unit #1 - 1055 Canada Place, Vancouver, BC, V6C 0C3 The seaplane terminal is located at Burrard Landing in Coal Harbour. Parking is available at 1095 W Waterfront Rd, Vancouver, BC. Check-in for your flight 60 minutes ahead of the scheduled departure.

  • The Seattle terminal is situated on Lake Union at the south end of the lake close to city’s downtown core, where Seattle’s downtown borders the Museum of History and Industry (MOHAI).
