  • To ensure that the subsequent customer's vehicle use is not interfered with, an overtime fee will be charged for exceeded waiting time

    Seven/Luxury seven-seater: JP¥5,000/hour
    Ten-seater: JP¥6,000/hour (please directly pay the fee to the driver in cash, less than 1 hour will be calculated as 1 hour)

Purchase Summary

  • A late-night surcharge will be applied for transfers between 10:00 pm and 7:00 pm the following day. The late-night surcharge is calculated in the same way as the overtime fee and will be accumulated together with the overtime fee. Please pay the total amount directly to the driver on the day of service
  • If the flight is canceled or delayed, there is no need to bear the cancellation fee. However, please be sure to inform us
  • If a child seat is required, please inform us of the number of children in advance (Each child safety seat occupies approximately 1 to 1.5 adult seats). If a child safety seat is needed, please make a note in advance. The first child seat can be provided free of charge, and a fee of JP¥2,000/per seat will be charged for each additional seat
  • The number of car seats includes the driver. Please enter the accurate number of passengers and luggage when booking. If you have a lot of luggage, make sure to rent a car that can accommodate it all. Please keep in mind that any additional fees incurred as a result of exceeding the recommended number of passengers and the amount of luggage that can be loaded will be borne by the passenger

The voucher must be redeemed on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration

Please carry your own garbage with you when getting on and off the car to help keep it clean

If you have motion sickness symptoms, please notify customer support ahead of time
