- Do NOT go directly to the boat! Your tour meets at 6075 Niagara River Pkwy in the garden in front of the Niagara Parks Police station. Your guide will be wearing a yellow vest and will escort you to the boat. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time of your tour.

- Tour ends at the Journey Behind the Falls Experience at Table Rock Visitor Center

- This tour meets 15 minutes prior to the start time. No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows. - Please do NOT go directly to the boat or go down the elevator without your guide - This is a walking tour, guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty. We encourage appropriate footwear for uneven surfaces. - Tours run rain or shine. Ponchos are available on City Cruises Boat and Journey Behind the Falls. You will get close to the waterfall. Be prepared to get wet. - All guests must pass through security. - Limited restroom availability, please go prior to your tour and ensure you are ready for the tour when you arrive at the meeting point. - Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated. - We are able to accommodate guests with mobility impairment or wheelchairs, please make sure to contact our Guest Experience team. - Sites on this tour are subject to occasional closures.
