This Nature & Forest Therapy experience will add a significant natural value to your overall journey in the South Caribbean of Costa Rica.
Many people is looking forward to explore the natural beauty of the rainforest, veering off of the beaten path. This will be a powerful experience, as they allow themselves to explore and feel in to a deep natural immersion, unlike anywhere else, a time to meet face to face and heart to heart, with nature.
This experience will also help you see that which us humans are consciously and/or unconsciously dealing with in our lives, helping connect with our higher Self.
In Manzanillo Wildlife Refuge we will do a sensory nature immersion, walking slowly, being present in each step. I will offer a number of sensory invitations that are designed to help you deepen your interaction with nature and with yourself. This experience is a great way to spend time in the rainforest, relax and interact with nature in a unique way. The walk will take around 2.5 hours and you don't need any experience, no physical challenge. You and your loved ones will feel better after spending time with nature.
