Hair washes are not included in hanbok up-styling (On-site payment of 20,000 KRW upon additional payment)

If hair extension service is required, an additional fee of 30,000 KRW will be charged regardless of the number of extensions.

Appointment Scheduling: Provide your preferred appointment time at checkout. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact customer support.

Arrival Time: Arrive 10 minutes early to ensure your session starts on time.

Same-Day Changes: No refunds or changes are permitted on the day of your appointment.

Late Arrivals: Your appointment will be shortened if you arrive late without notice. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. Latecomers and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Hairstyle Reference: You may show a photo of your desired hairstyle for reference to your assigned hairstylist.

Hair Condition Assessment: The hairstylist will assess your hair’s condition to determine if it can be colored or permed. If your hair is too damaged, the stylist will suggest appropriate options. If your hair cannot be treated, contact the number at the bottom of your voucher for a refund, which will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Product Policy: Do not bring personal hair color, perm, or treatment products to the salon. The use of your own products is not allowed, and no services will be performed if you bring them.
