A beautiful start to a beautiful day on the amazing island of Koh Samui . The class consists of a sequence of basic body movements combined with natural breathing techniques suited for all levels of practice and medical backgrounds. The dynamic movements will release a gentle heat from the core to release tensions throughout the body. The practice will leave your whole being feeling light and peaceful.
You will be guided for a 30-minutes meditation session (optional) followed by a 90-minutes dynamic yoga session. Classes are designed for all levels of practice. Beginners are most welcome! A maximum of 8 students are accepted each class. All equipments are provided at the studio. Kindly bring your own towels and water. This offer includes breakfast ONE SMOOTHIE BOWL per person to be enjoyed after class from 9am and a swim at our pool till 12pm.
