Eager to explore more rich vineyards in France? If you loved discovering authentic wines straight from the grape farms, the Medoc region is just as a royal with an abundance of grape varieties found in the sumptuous blends of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Malbec. The 5,700-hectare declared vineyards also house some of the best Cabernet Franc and Carménère. After meeting with your guide in Bordeaux, the tour departs to the famous Medoc wineries for an amazing tasting session of 2 Cru Burgeois wines with a comprehensive commentary from your educated guide.
Along the way, you'll have some quality leisure time for personal discovery and lunch in the village. Afterward, you'll journey through another series of wineries for more tasting sessions, as well as storytime with your guide about the history of the estates, as well as the techniques used in the winemaking. Sightsee through the lush region's most famous chateaus including Chateau Margaux or Chateau Pichon Longueville.
