Traditional chili pepper dish stuffed with meat, onion, tomato, peas, carrots, peanuts, dried grapes, topped with local cheeses and baked in the oven.

MAIN - Trout Ceviche with mango and avocado

MAIN - Lomo saltado

Beef tenderloin mix with onions, tomato and spices, cook in a wok with soy souce, oyster sauce and ,vinager served with native potato fríes.

STARTER - Pisco Sour or passion fruit sour
