During the Chinese New Year period based on Calendar (28/01/2025-05/02/2025), we will have additional surcharges. It will be RM35 for adults and RM25 for children. All customers shall pay the CNY Surcharge to the Local Operator BEFORE the tour start by Master/Visa credit card. Kindly communicate with the Local Operator for assistant.

Attention all guests, we have the right to charge a penalty of MYR 120 if the guests fail to clean up themselves before entering the vehicle from any island tour that causes wet and sandy and unnecessary cleaning fees.

Be Punctual: Please be ready and wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Your Tour Guide / Pilot will only wait for you 5 minutes afteryour pick up time.

Kindly provide correct contact information, if failure to contact and unable to pick-up will not be used as an excuse to request modification / cancellation of the order or refund. Kindly apologise!

Please take note that the snorkeling activity will be subject to the weather. If the weather does not allow, the boat captain and tour guide will have the rights to cancel the snorkeling activity due to safety reasons

Participants are to refrain from touching and teasing the turtles, coral reefs, or any other marine life. Participants who fail to do so will be forced to sit out the next dive

Jelly bugs are common in the waters but they are usually harmless and their stings will just cause some slight itch

While the jellyfish season varies, it usually occurs during the middle of the year or/and end of the year. Be extra careful and inform our guides should you be stung

Korean-speaking guide is available upon request (subject to availability). Please indicate at the checkout page if you need one on the day of the tour. Please pay MYR300 directly to the guide

Cancellation Policy: Up to 7 days before the tour start date will get Fully refund. Less than 7 days before the tour start date will No refund. No refund will be provided if you do not show up for the tour of the day.

Agreement : By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this additional information and cancellation policy.

The activity is able to accommodate special dietary requirements (allergies, gluten intolerance, vegetarian diets, or other dietary needs)

The activity is not recommended: high blood pressure / epilepsy / other serious medical conditions / pregnant women / PWDs (persons with disabilities)

Swimwear: Wear or bring swimwear for snorkeling and beach activities.

Towel: Bring a towel for drying off after water activities.

Sunscreen: Protect your skin from the sun with high-SPF sunscreen.

Hat and Sunglasses: Shield yourself from the sun with a hat and sunglasses.

Change of Clothes: Bring a change of clothes for after water activities.

Personal Medication: If you have any personal medication, please bring it with you.

Drinking Water: Bus/Van is not provide drinking water.

Cash: Personal expenses.

Please Note: The boat ride to Mantanani Island can be very bumpy and rough depending on the sea condition. Do prepare your own medication if you are prone to seasickness
