Departure Point: Domestic Arrival, Sangster's International Airport Directions: After clearing Immigration and Customs, go outside to the arrival area (using the first door on right at the information desk to exit the terminal). Once outside, turn right and walk towards the Groovy Grouper Bar. Our representative will be standing behind the barricade holding a sign displaying BYRON'S JAMAICA TOURS. Once you have identified our representative, present your voucher to him and he will escort you to your ride. Return point: Return pickup is from the hotel's lobby. Pickup is scheduled 4 hours prior to your departure flight time. Your driver will meet you at the main entrance. Please check out and be ready 10 minutes prior to this time.

Please follow the instructions below for your transfer(s): ARRIVAL – AIRPORT PICKUP Your airport pickup will be located outside the terminal. Once you have completed Immigration and Customs, proceed to the arrival area. Use the first door on the right next to Island Car Rental to exit the terminal. Upon exiting the terminal, turn right and head towards the restroom. You will find our greeter standing behind the barricade to the left of the restroom (in front of Sixt Car Rental) holding a sign that says BYRON'S JAMAICA TOURS (Please do not look for your name). When you spot the greeter, present your ticket and they will accompany you to your transportation. Please ensure to provide us with the correct flight number for your arrival. We closely monitor arrival flights and will adjust your pickup accordingly in case of any delays. You only need to update us if there are changes to your flight number. Upon landing, please proceed to the pickup point following the directions provided, where our greeter will be waiting to assist you. We anticipate that you will be ready to depart within an hour after your flight's arrival. If your wait extends beyond this time, kindly notify us of your arrival status immediately. If you have missed your flight and will not be arriving as scheduled, please inform us promptly so we can reschedule your pickup.
