Duration: 5 hours: Up to approx. 5 hours total (1.5h per tour + breaks in between)

- Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated, and the tours depart promptly.
- Duration: The Royal Parks and Entertainers tours last approx. 1 hour 30 minutes, while the Jack the Ripper tour is approx. 1 hour 45 minutes.
- Accessibility: These tours involve walking on city streets and park paths; comfortable shoes are recommended. They may not be suitable for travelers with limited mobility.
- Age Restrictions: Jack the Ripper tour is recommended for ages 13 and up due to mature content and subject matter. The other tours are family-friendly.
- Weather: Tours operate rain or shine. Dress appropriately for the weather, and bring an umbrella or raincoat if needed.
- Group Size: Tours may be conducted in small groups to enhance the experience and allow for better interaction with the guide.
- Booking: Tours can be booked via the app or online. Space is limited, so advance booking is advised.
