If the manufacture of a liqueur is very simple (fruits macerated in alcohol, then water and sugar are added), most of the time we only know the industrial version... well different from what we offer you to discover! Discover the productions of the last local artisans who continue to keep the tradition of Burgundy Creams and Liqueurs alive: they only select fruits and plants grown locally with ancient varieties, and produce nectars as good as they are natural.
