It was built on Lake Biwa and looks like it is floating on the lake. It was originally built by the monk Genshin during the Heian period, and the current building was rebuilt during the Edo period. Ukimido has beautiful scenery and different styles in each season. It is one of the famous tourist attractions in the area.

Ukimido Hall Ukimido Hall is built on the surface of Lake Biwa and is connected to the land by a wooden bridge. It seems to "float" on the lake, hence the name. There are thousands of Buddha statues enshrined in the hall, symbolizing the prayer for traffic safety and the peace of all living beings on the lake
Biwako Terrace From an altitude of 1,100 meters, the scenic Biwako Terrace offers a magnificent view of Lake Biwa, making it a great place to enjoy the beauty of nature
Shirahige Shrine Shirahige Shrine is a popular spot on Instagram. The bright red torii towers above the surface of Lake Biwa, creating a strong visual contrast. It is a sacred place full of spirituality and great photographic beauty
Sanzen-in Temple Located in the Ohara area of Kyoto, Sanzen-in Temple is one of the most representative ancient temples in the area. The temple garden is quiet and beautiful, with picturesque scenery in all seasons, and is popular with tourists who love Japan's traditional culture and natural scenery

- Each guest may bring one suitcase (maximum size). Baggage may need to be checked into the luggage compartment, or can be carried in the seat

- Each adult can bring one child aged 0 to 2 years old for free, but without a seat. If you need a seat, please register at the adult fare

- Due to traffic conditions and other factors, the duration of stay and the order of some itineraries may be adjusted
- If you are unable to connect to public transportation due to delayed arrival, the relevant taxi fares and other transportation costs and accommodation expenses will be borne by the guest
- If the tour is cancelled on the day, the operator will contact you by phone or email. If you do not receive any contact, it means the trip will proceed as planned.
