Children aged 0-2 can enter free of charge
Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance
Participants that purchase a student ticket must present a valid school ID for verification purposes
Museum facilities also include diaper changing tables, nursing rooms, hot water for formula milk, toilets with cots and wheelchair rentals free of charge
Coin lockers are available for rent located at the entrance and Main Building 1F of the museum. Locker rental fee varies by locker size (JPY200, JPY300, JPY500)
The museum provides audio guide explanations of the museum displays in English, Chinese (simplified or traditional), Korean, and Japanese. Audio rental guide fee is JPY500 per unit. Please head to the Main Building 1F information center for more information
Visitors may use a smart device to scan the QR codes in any exhibition room to see explanations in English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, or Korean free of charge. Please check the website for more information
