Customers can select up to 6 photos for fine-tuning, such as skin color, teeth whitening, face slimming, etc. Please send the photo ID that needs to be refined within one month after receiving the photo. We will deliver it within 1-2 weeks after receiving the photo. Fine-tuning cannot be performed if it is more than one month.
Arashiyama, Fushimi Inari, Osaka, Nara, Kinkakuji Temple, Uji, etc. outside of Kiyomizu and Gion are relatively far away. Please choose a shooting service of more than 2 hours. Make a reservation for 1 hour. Even if the kimono location you fill in is outside Gion, the meeting will be at Gion Minamiza or Yasaka Shrine by default.
During the peak tourist season, because the timing of the kimono shop is often uncertain, the photographer will confirm the specific time and itinerary with you the day before. If the itinerary and time on the day of the shooting need to be adjusted, please inform the photographer the day before. After agreeing with you on the shooting time of the day, if your kimono wearing will be later than the agreed time, please contact the photographer at least one hour in advance. If you do not contact the photographer one hour in advance, the shooting time will be based on the agreed time. After receiving the contact one hour ago, the photographer will help you change the new shooting time. If the photographer's schedule is full that day, he may need to change to another photographer. If all photographers' appointments are full, he may need to change the shooting date to another date. (The new shooting time cannot be changed again)
The photographer negotiates with you to change the agreed time one hour in advance due to moving reasons on the day. By default, the photographer can accept a time period of half an hour before and after the agreed time.
If a photographer is appointed to shoot, the shooting time needs to be negotiated according to the photographer's actual schedule. The designated photographer is temporarily on leave by default, and we can help you find a new photographer.
Because our data volume is relatively large, the photos will only be deleted after two weeks on our network disk. If you need to keep them for a longer period of time, please inform the photographer when shooting. After one month, the network disk data will be deleted and the hard disk will be restored. It will cost 16,000 yen.
Gion does not refer to a road, but to a large area. You can check in advance the specific area you want to shoot and tell the photographer the day before. The photographer will tell you the actual situation based on whether shooting is prohibited in this area. For example, Yasaka Shrine, Maruyama Park, and the block in front of Yasaka Shrine are all in the Gion area. (The photographer confirms with you whether to shoot these areas because many guests like these areas. We also recommend them to everyone based on previous summaries and shootings, but we never force you to shoot certain areas. If we can arrange it on time, we The studio will try its best to meet everyone's requirements. However, there are many people in some places, which affects the quality of the film. The photographer will communicate with you in advance, and we ask for your understanding.)
Due to everyone's love, we have added 2 photographers at the beginning of the maple leaf season this year. Because photography is also high-intensity work, during the off-season, the photographer will take irregular vacations according to the studio's orders. Please understand when the designated photographer changes.
Please reserve 1-1.5 hours to wear the kimono. Our package does not limit the number of people, but it is recommended to reserve more than 2 hours for more than 4 people. The photographer will confirm the specific shooting time of the next day with you through chat software such as WhatsApp or Line the night before the shooting. If you have not registered these software with the contact number, please contact us in advance.
Booking 2 groups of service will default to 1 photographer shooting for 2 hours. If you need 2 photographers to shoot for 1 hour at the same time, please inform the photographer in advance.
The photo delivery format is jpg. If you need other formats, please inform the photographer before shooting.
