"Jokudanya Honten" is located in an alley along Hanama Koji Road in Kyoto. This is where Japanese shabu-shabu originated. The unique store name comes from the first owner Seinosuke. Seinosuke loved kabuki, and his favorite play was Tadaomizozo 11 Sections. The owner hopes that guests visiting Kyoto can continue to enjoy delicious food in our restaurant after admiring the eleven sections of Tadomizo in the Minamiza. "Jokudanke Honten" uses a copper pot designed by the original owner for shabu-shabu shabu-shabu shabu-shabu shabu-shabu shabu-shabu shabu-shabu shabu-shabu shabu-shabu.
