Effective 1st DECEMBER 2023 all international arrival via land, air and sea entry point into MALAYSIA are required to fill in MALAYSIA DIGITAL ARRIVAL CARD (MDAC) 3 days prior arrival for integration of arrival database with current upgrade Malaysia Immigration (MyIMM) system coming online prior undertaking biometric processing mandatory required. - The driver will wait for you in the arrival hall with a personalized sign
- Due to limited Chinese speaking driver, our operator will try their best to arrange, but will subject to final arrangement.
- This product is exceptional for flight delays, with the 90-minute countdown starting from the latest scheduled arrival time.
- Surcharges will apply if you need to stop at other locations during the transfer (Surcharge of RM30/hour/sedan car and RM50/hour/van), and the fee is to be paid directly to the driver.
- In case the traveller face customs detention leading to delayed clearance, and the waiting time exceeds 90 minutes, the driver has the right to charge an additional surcharge (RM30/hour/sedan car and RM50/hour/van), and the fee is to be paid directly to the driver.
- Add-on SIM Card package: Please present e-voucher to the driver during meet up at the Arrival Hall. After the driver checks the information, the driver will guide you to the Digi Store at the airport to register their SIM card by using your own passport. After activating the Sim card to ensure its proper functioning, the driver will then send the customer back to the hotel.

- Due to the likelihood of fog on the roads at night in the Kinabalu Park, Kundasang & Ranau area, driving difficulty increases. Therefore, it is recommended that travelers arrange their visits to the Kinabalu Park, Kundasang & Ranau area, during day time whenever possible.
