Please dial *#06# on your mobile phone and check for the appearance of the barcode labeled EID. If EID is displayed, it indicates that your phone supports eSIM functionality.

When installing eSIM, turning off or leaving the installation process will result in eSIM installation failure. In this case, eSIM will not be re-issued
A stable connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) is required to install the eSIM. For optimal use experience, it is recommended that the eSIM be installed before boarding the plane, and turned on after arriving at the destination
Once the eSIM is installed, the usage period will start. For long-haul or overnight flight, it is recommended to purchase an extra day of use to ensure the best use experience

Please activate the eSIM within 90 days after receiving it
Make sure your phone is connected to the network during installation, scan the QR Code, or install manually, and join the action plan
Once scanned, the QR Code will become invalid and cannot be reissued. Please install it according to the instructions. Stay on the screen throughout the process to prevent the mobile phone from deleting the eSIM plan
The eSIM QR code can only be scanned once, and no changes can be made once the QRCode is scanned
Please delete the description file for iPhone (check steps: Settings > General, pull to the bottom; if there is no description file, it means normal) for smooth usage
If the eSIM plan is unused or deleted without contacting DJB customer service, no reissues or refunds will be provided
Validity Period Calculation: from the activation time to 11:59 pm of the activation day is considered one day
Telecommunication network quality varies by country, with differences in base station density. Each country possesses its own unique regional and telecom infrastructure. Refunds cannot be requested due to signal conditions in specific areas
There might be restrictions imposed on irregular data usage (reaching 2–5GB per day), leading to slower or disconnected internet

For mass file transfers (upload/download), video streaming, live broadcasts, mobile gaming, etc., it's recommended to disable automatic updates, backups, social app autoplay, and satellite map navigation (use standard mode). Additionally, please avoid transferring data via cloud drives
Fair Usage Policy (FUP) is a standard implemented by governments and telecommunications companies to protect the rights and interests of local users' Internet access. If you have concerns about the FUP policy, please book a fixed daily data or total data package
