- How to take a Ganban:
- Step 1: Clean your body and get change to Ganban cloth. Highly recommend to warm up your body at Onsen prior to using Ganban
- Step 2: Receive towel and proceed to 2nd floor
- Step 3: At Ganbanyoku and Salt Ganban, put a towel on ground and lying face down for 5-10 mins then turn another 10-15 mins
- Step 4: Drink some water and cool down at snow Ganban
- Step 5: Enjoy Iki Ganban to end this session
