Jim's Tour from Vilnius to Trakai and Hill of Angels
Jim's tour to Trakai & Hill of Angels is a bus tour crafted by myself, Jim, after years as a hobby historian and adventurer.
During the trip I take you on a historical and musical journey of Lithuania, covering the Teutonic Knights, a union with Poland, basketball, the Soviet Union and much more! I want you to understand the key events and periods that have shaped the modern identity of Lithuania, the beloved country I now call home with my wife and son.
Whilst in Trakai (2.5-3 hrs) there is an optional restaurant visit with me to sample some Lithuanian classics, but also free time for water activities, exploring the castle (10€) and visiting shops.
On the return journey we will briefly stop by the Hill of Angels, built in 2009 as a site for promoting devotion and spirituality and to celebrate the 1000-year anniversary of Lithuania.

Trakai
We will take a stop at Trakai town, with free time for guests to explore the town and lakeside, potentially to enjoy trying the famous kibinai and entering the island castle at an extra cost of 10€.
