Each group can accommodate up to 7 people. Experience and lunch time is from 10:30 to 13:30.
Children aged 6 and above are charged as adults, and children under 6 are free of charge but no lunch is provided. If you need lunch, please book an adult set meal.
Please arrive at the event location on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may be cancelled.
The following steps will be carried out on site according to the instructor's demonstration, so both children and adults can participate easily and happily.
Step 1: Knead the udon dough. Step on the udon dough into a ball with your feet to use your body weight to increase the elasticity (chewiness) of the udon.
Step 2: Spread the udon dough Spread the elastic udon dough with a rolling pin. While finding the thick and thin parts of the dough, spread it evenly throughout.
Step 3 Adjust the shape of the dough Use a rolling pin to adjust the overall shape of the dough.
Step 4: Cut the dough into noodles. Cut the noodles into approximately 5 mm width to make chewy and delicious udon noodles. (The width of the noodles can be set freely, but 5 mm is recommended)
Step 5 Cook in a pot Put the udon noodles you and your friends made in a pot and cook until you find the texture you like. At the same time, adjust the thickness of the soup to create your own unique udon noodles.
Step 6: Have lunch with tempura of seasonal vegetables harvested from Maruen You can experience the symbolic scene of the traditional Japanese lunch style.
