- All passengers require fit and well with no significant knee, hip or back problems, broken bones, recent surgeries, are able to stand unassisted for 1 hour and are not pregnant
- Travelers are recommended to wear comfortable and waterproof shoes
- During the hot air balloon flight, water mixed with coal will drop from the burner, it is recommended that travelers wear dark-hued clothes
- We recommend that travelers prepare hats and sunglasses
- If you plan to proceed to the meeting point by your own means of transportation, it is recommended that you arrive at Cessnock 1 day in advance as Cessnock is 5 - 10 mins away from the meeting point
