• If the free items in the itinerary cannot be enjoyed by the tourists due to the guests' own reasons or force majeure, the travel agency will not make any refunds and will not affect the tour. The travel agency will adjust the order of the tour according to real-time road conditions, weather and other special circumstances
• This product is for individual tourists to join a group. Due to its particularity, it may cause waiting according to the specific flights, weather, road conditions, train numbers and different departure times, hotel accommodation, and the connection of tourists with different itineraries; the agreed time in the itinerary is estimated, and there may be a certain error in the actual time. The personal and property losses caused by any public transportation shall be borne by the tourists themselves; if the tourists are unable to travel due to reasons not caused by our agency, our agency shall charge the incurred expenses and the business booking losses.
