Tra Que Vegetable Village
You will be picked up at your hotel by an experienced tourist guide and join in a bicycle tour to reach Hoi An’s colorful central market. Once coming here, you will definitely have a great chance to communicate with the friendly local sellers and know more about the important ingredients for your cooking lesson later. Do not forget to bring your camera with you so that you will not miss any photographing opportunities. Then, you will ride a bike to Tra Que vegetable village where you will be offered a welcome drink for rest. Then, you will walk through the luxuriant vegetable gardens to see local farmers work on their evergreen paddy fields, using the traditional methods of many years ago, without electrical machinery. Next, you will go to the restaurant and work together with the chef. Here, you will be taught the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food. After the lesson, you can enjoy what you have cooked
