Generalife

The Generalife is a historic summer palace and garden complex located in Granada, Spain. It was built in the 13th century as a retreat for the Nasrid sultans of the Alhambra. Known for its stunning Moorish architecture, lush gardens, and tranquil fountains, the Generalife offers a serene escape with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the Alhambra. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a masterpiece of Islamic landscape design

  • During high season (March to November) Schedules may be subject to change due to limited availability of full tickets.
  • No changes of day or name are allowed due to monument regulations. Tickets are nominative, personal and non-transferable to avoid resale and for security reasons.
  • It is mandatory to carry the original ID card or passport to access the monument.
  • You must be at the meeting point for groups located in the pavilion at the entrance to the monument 10 minutes before the start of the tour. But if you are not staying in Granada you must be in the city one hour before the visits. We do not admit delays to visitors who are not staying in the city and come from Malaga, Cordoba or other cities with the time limit.
  • On Sundays and Mondays we do not attend by phone, only by mail due to staff rest.
  • Visitors must be available from 09:00 am to 20:00 pm for any changes. The Alhambra is the most visited monument in Spain and has limited seating, it does not accommodate visitors. Visitors must adapt to its availability and rules.
  • Tickets are given to you by the guides at the beginning of the tour at the meeting point. It is not possible to enter before the tour, except for the Charles V Palace, which is free of charge and not subject to a ticket.
  • The reservation of the product implies the acceptance of any schedule modification within the opening hours of the monument without the right to reimbursement.
  • We use manual confirmation to secure tickets within a maximum of 72 hours. Any message insisting on confirmation before 72 hours will result in the rejection of your reservation request.
  • A minimum number of participants is required for the tour. Therefore, even if your visit is confirmed, we may not be able to carry it out, although we will keep the entrance tickets for the visit we will not deliver them to you unless you request a modification for another of our products that includes the entrance to the monument.
