Atkinson Walk: A charming viewpoint in Valparaiso Atkinson Promenade is one of Valparaiso’s most iconic and visited places. Located on Cerro Concepción, this pedestrian promenade offers you an unparalleled panoramic view of the port city, with its colorful hills, Pacific Ocean and the bustle of the port.
